Every belt we ship is made to order — we do not hold fixed stock sizes, each belt is cut and joined to the dimensions you give us. So the honest answer is that the minimum depends on your size and grit rather than on a catalogue number. Send us the width, length, grit and the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you straight away what is workable.
Yes. We are the manufacturer of the MOOSEFOS brand, so we can print your brand on the backing and on the packaging. Private label starts from 1,000 meters. Tell us what you need printed and the sizes involved, and we will confirm the details with your quotation.
We quote ex-works (EXW) — the price you get is the price at our factory gate in Tianjin, and you appoint your own freight forwarder to collect. Buyers who already have a forwarder in China usually prefer it this way, because it keeps the freight cost transparent and under your control instead of buried in our price.
Either 100% in advance, or a 30% deposit to start production. We settle in USD, and CNY is fine as well if that suits you better. The remaining balance arrangement is confirmed together with your quotation.
Five working days for production, counted from the confirmed order. Because every belt is made to your size, that window covers the making rather than pulling stock off a shelf. Shipping time on top of that depends on the forwarder you appoint.
Yes — one free sample per grit, you cover the courier cost (freight collect). Samples are the sensible way to settle a selection argument: a belt that looks right on paper can still be wrong for your workpiece. Tell us the material you grind, the machine and the finish you need, and we will put a set together for that case.
Short version: aluminum oxide is the general-purpose, best value-for-money choice; zirconia wants pressure and rewards you on heavy stock removal; ceramic is self-sharpening and grinds cool, which is what you want on stainless, titanium and high-nickel alloys that burn easily. Usually it is not the belt itself but pressure, speed, tracking or a grit step that was skipped — and a belt that opens at the joint has often been fitted backwards, over-tensioned or kept on the shelf too long. Our own production is focused on coated abrasive belts. For adjacent items, tell us what the job needs — if it is something we do not make ourselves, we will say so rather than sell you the wrong thing.
